2. Please ensure that the contact number on your profile is correct and includes your country code. We will soon be introducing SMS notifications to keep you informed of important updates. If your contact details are incorrect or incomplete, you may miss these communications.
3. A new Onboarding Welcome Video has been added to the Marketing Tools section in your back office. We encourage all members to watch the video as it provides important information to help them get started successfully.
4. Please be reminded of our order collection rules:
• You are welcome to collect your own personal order, provided you selected the collection option when placing your order.
• You are not permitted to collect orders on behalf of other members unless you are a verified runner. This rule also applies to Bolt and Uber collections.
These measures are in place to protect the security of members' orders and to help us maintain an efficient and well-managed collection process.
